The play "Antigone" is a classic of the world intellectual tragedy of the 20th century, a complex, emblazoned and beautiful modern version of the ancient myth, which under the pen of Jean Anuia turns into a fierce story about the maximalism of the time of personal development, the thirst for truth and the inescapable human burden of freedom. Is it worth to sacrifice your own life for perfect ideals? Is it necessary to stand for your principles in any situation? What is heroism - fortitude, natural courage or a temporary satellite of the same, perhaps, “naive” maximalism of a young woman trying to dot the i's? Is it necessary to live under certain rules and standards...

The performance does not give obvious answers, does not explain what is good and what is bad, does not force to be on someone’s side and does not impose morality, but in some way can “reconsider”, “confuse” the viewer in his own emotions, but then, at the end of the action, “let go” home. And we do hope that the audience will be impressed, and that the numerous questions will arise.
